Grand Knight’s Report (Joe Tarallo)
GK remarked on the pride he felt knowing that two District Deputies and one soon-to-be State Deputy have come from Council 6100. Thanks to all members for all that you do for the Council. This Columbian year, we gave away lots of money to those in need, have held several productive blood drives, baby showers, a Eucharistic Procession, etc. The year has gone by really fast. Thanks for supporting your GK!
The $500 check that was provided to a parishioner in need, Carla Gomez, well received. Carla’s cancer is now in remission but she said this first check was like a miracle, coming at a time of great need.
For the State Installation, there will be a banquet at the Tides Estate in North Haledon on July 12, 2025.

June’s topic for discussion and prayer focuses on religious freedom. Religious freedom allows the Church, and all religious communities, to live out their faith in public and to serve the good of all. Religious Freedom Week 2025: Witnesses to Hope is scheduled for June 22nd through June 29th.
You can read Dr. Rossi’s message:
Worthy Grand Knights, Worthy Religious & Civil Rights Committee Chairmen, and Brothers all:
June’s topic for discussion and prayer focuses on religious freedom. Religious freedom allows the Church, and all religious communities, to live out their faith in public and to serve the good of all. Religious Freedom Week 2025: Witnesses to Hope is scheduled for June 22nd through June 29th. The U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) has asked that we pray, reflect and act to promote religious freedom. The following is the USCCB prayer guide:
• June 22, Political Polarization: Pray that Catholics will have the courage to put the truth of the gospel and fidelity to the Church above partisan politics.
• June 23, IVF Mandates: Pray for couples who suffer fertility challenges, and that political leaders would promote therapies that respect the dignity of all human persons.
• June 24, Catholic Healthcare: Pray that governments will respect the consciences of all people who care for the sick and vulnerable.
• June 25, Nicaragua: Prayfor Christians in Nicaragua, where the Catholic Church faces brutal government persecution.
• June 26, Parental Choice in Education: Pray that governments would strengthen the ability for parents to direct the education of their children.
• June 27, Immigration Services: Pray that the Lord would protect vulnerable migrants and refugees, and that the Church enjoy the freedom to carry out the ministries that Christ has handed to her.
• June 28, Freedom to Serve the Common Good: Pray that government leaders would recognize the contributions that religious charities make to the common good.
• June 29, Nigeria: Pray for our brothers and sisters in Nigeria who are suffering violent religious conflict.
The following USCCB website will assist you as you reflect and act on these prayers:
Thank you for your continuing support.
