Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 7:31 pm by Deputy Grand Knight Shaun Mickus.
Warden’s Report
All present were in possession of a current membership card.
Opening Prayer
Opening prayer was led by Father Antonio.
Pledge of Allegiance
Salute to the flag was led by the council members.
Roll Call of Officers

Chaplain report
Father Antonio spoke about Advent coming- It is a time to reconnect and examine our connection with Jesus. It is a time of conversion, a time to rekindle our faith and relationship with the community.
Minutes of the Previous Meeting
The minutes of the previous meeting were accepted by a motion by John Watral and accepted unanimously.

- A lot of activities coming up in November.
Treasurer’s Report (Wally)
The Treasury’s reports are not read at the meeting. They are sent to officers and available by request.
Financial Secretary’s Report (Gerard)
Financial secretary’s report is emailed to Trustees in advance for approval of expenditures

- 4th degree (Nov. 16, 2021)

Unfinished Business:
A second reading of a motion made by Gerry Kaufhold to allocate up to $3,000 for coats for kids was read. The motion passed by a unanimous vote.
New Business:
Gerry Kaufhold made a motion to allocate up to $75 for roses for the Squire fundraiser. The motion was seconded by Dan Fuller and passed by a unanimous voice vote.
