Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 7:35 pm by Grand Knight (GK) Joe D’Anna.
Warden’s Report
All present were in possession of a current membership card.
Opening Prayer
Opening prayer was led by GK Joe D’Anna.
Pledge of Allegiance
Salute to the flag was led by the council members.

Chaplain report
There was no chaplain report as the chaplain was not present.
Minutes of the Previous Meeting
The minutes of the previous meeting were accepted by all.
Membership Report
- Chip- there is no report
- GK- I think we have some online applications we can investigate.

Treasurer’s Report (Wally)
The Treasury’s reports have been sent to officers and available by request.
Financial Secretary’s Report (Gerard)
Financial secretary’s report is emailed to Trustees in advance for approval of expenditures
Program Report
Gerry Kaufhold
- Right To Life is on hold – March to Life is this Friday January 21, 2022- There is no Rose drive this year for a variety of reasons.
Tom Rohe
- Fourth (4th) degree: Nothing to report- Meeting on Tuesday Jan. 18, 2022
- Squires will participate in the State meeting in Sparta on Sunday Jan 23, 2022 at 2:00pm
Gerard Petrocelli
- Wreath sale profit: $800 (sale) and $200 (donation) + ($500 matching from the Knights of Columbus Council 6100) = $1,500. Gerard will buy Shoprite cards and Helena will distribute them throughout the year.
- Blood Drive: February 5, 2022 from 6:30am to 12:30pm

New Business:
- A motion to donate $500 to the Sammarco’s family was made by Gerard Petrocelli, seconded by Gerry Kaufhold, and passed by a unanimous voice vote.
Insurance Agent Report
- No report
District Deputy Report
- Thank you, Grand Knight, form 365 is in and I have a copy. With that form being completed, be on the lookout for upcoming training for safety environment.
- 1728 Survey is coming due, the hours Supreme wants us to keep track of.
- Bylaws need some care on a regulatory basis to ensure relevance
- Diocese Bishop night is coming shortly (Jan. 28, 2022)
- High School and college scholarships
- Saint Joseph from Mendham is going to Washington on Jan. 22, 2022
- Grand Knight meeting (Jan. 15) was cancelled- there is a plan to reschedule
- State convention is in May 2022
Jim Sweeney:
- Bylaws are very structured from Supreme- You cannot modify bylaws by much.
- Affiliate Council is coming on March- There will be training for it.
- Financial secretary will put together a list of members they need to remove from the council list. The process will follow its steps and eventually will go to Supreme- the list is to be submitted to Supreme between March 1 and March 31, 2022
