NEW BUSINESS Motion to move the Ernest Deccio Memorial Scholarship balance from the Knight’s account to the scholarship’s own account.   Motion to donate $150 to the Good guy classic golf outing.  SECOND READING Motion to subsidize up to $75 for 10 Council 6100 members for the annual state retreat.
