Motions to be proposed for October 2022
The following motions were discussed at the October Officer’s meeting:
Amend motion #2122.34 to increase monthly church donation for Bingo to $1000 per month from $800 for the 2022-2023 Columbian year starting November.
Donate up to $3000 or 10 cases of coats for the Federation Coats for Kids drive.
Donate $1000 to the Florida State Knights of Columbus for hurricane relief.
Donate $250 for the confirmation class drive for Pet Food to be raised for the Mt Olive Food Pantry
Donate up to $100 for magnets which the Rosarians will be giving to veterans at the Nov 5th Veteran’s mass.
Donate up to $500 towards the purchase of Thanksgiving turkeys for St. Jude needy families.
Requests not discussed at the meeting:
A request from the St. Jude Stitchers for a contribution to donate money for supplies of yarn. The Stitchers make prayer shawls, and items for the homeless.
I would like to entertain a motion towards our annual Christmas party in December.
