New Business Meeting Format Starting in January
Supreme has instituted a change in our meeting formats with the hopes of streamlining the agenda and shorting the overall length of the business meeting.
An example of one of the changes is that the minutes of the previous meeting will not be read. The minutes will be posted on this site for everyone to review on their own ahead of time and only an approval will be asked for at the business meeting.
Most of the business issues will be ironed out at the officer’s meeting. We will, of course, allow discussion, but hopefully, the issues will be addressed ahead of time.
Our Council will be implementing these changes at the next business meeting this January.
