FALSE TITLE – Women’s Health Protection Act
Dear Senator Menendez,
I appreciate that you sent a response to my concerns regarding S. 1975. However, killing babies is not health care for the female babies that die in an abortion. Health care is intended to improve the health of the mother but I fail to see how that occurs for those women that are negatively impacted by Post Abortion Syndrome. PLEASE take a stand for the above mentioned women/female babies! It is not too late to stand up for your Catholic faith rather than the abortion lobby!
Sincerely,
Gerard P. Kaufhold

Subject: Response from Senator Menendez
Dear Mr. Kaufhold, Thank you for contacting me to share your thoughts about the Women’s Health Protection Act. Your opinion is very important to me, and I appreciate the opportunity to respond to you on this important issue. The Women’s Health Protection Act (S. 1975) would provide a national standard for providers of women’s reproductive health care services. As you may know, the Women’s Health Protection Act failed to advance in the United States Senate. Throughout my service in Congress, I have been committed to ensuring that women have access to health care services and have supported protecting a woman’s right to make decisions about her reproductive health. On this, as with any issue, there are many different views. I appreciate you taking the time to express your opinion on this important issue, and please be assured that I will keep your views in mind. Again, thank you for sharing your thoughts with me. Please do not hesitate to contact me if I can be of further assistance. I invite you to visit my website (http://menendez.senate.gov) to learn more about how I am standing up for New Jersey families in the United States Senate. |
